Once you book your appointment, our notary will reach out to you to confirm and provide you with our contact information and answer any questions.
Notary FEES are as follows, PLUS travel fees (see below):
$15 per notarized signature
$15 for each witness signature
Travel FEES are as follows*:
Facilities > For ALL Hospitals & Nursing Homes - $75 Travel Fee
Orange County Cities
Weekdays = $65 Travel Fee
Weekends = $80 Travel Fee
*We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any appointments to better fit our schedule for travel purposes
Additional fees apply for parking, printing, waiting, no-show, non-complete, etc.
PAYMENT
We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal.
Please pay Notary directly at the time of services.
WITNESS REQUIREMENTS - IF your document requires witnesses, they can NOT be related to signers or mentioned in documents. Nurses/Medical staff will NOT sign as witnesses.
All signers MUST be present with current State ID or Driver’s License or Passport. No copies accepted. (*if signers ID is expired or not available, please call us for instructions prior to booking appointment)
If for any reason (due to client/witnesses/improper documents, etc) appointment cannot be completed - travel fee is still due to Notary. Please note, Notary has limited time available for each appointment scheduled. A wait time (if schedule permits) of more than 10 minutes is charged at prorated rate of $65/hr for weekdays and $80/hour for weekends.
